Letter to President Obama

Dear President Obama,

Please sign an Executive Order accomplishing the goals of the DISCLOSE 2012 Act requiring full disclosure of election financing. While the extent of the legal corruption cannot be overcome with only issuing such an order it will at least show your intent to save the government of the United States.

The World wonders how the paradigm of democracy can become so corrupted and the people of the United States so ignorant and lackadaisical to allow such a disaster. It is also hard for this citizen to understand and accept. When the Supreme Court dispenses such nonsense as calling a corporation a person, when major religions claim that a single cell is a human being, when all of our legislators are openly bought, it becomes very hard to remain a proud and supportive citizen. Where is that change you so eloquently promised? Please hold fast to the knightly code of honor and lead this nation back to it’s professed destiny; liberty, equality and freedom for all. Our nation begs for leadership. You have the mantle, use it.
